~ Try holding down the CTRL key to override the popup settings and then click the exam link.
~ Check to see if the exam is open behind the lecture window or in a new tab.

~ Log in, click on "My Profile" and then the link to "Upgrade/Renew Account"
 

Need to print a certificate?
~ Log into your account, click on "My Profile" and then "CEU Manager"
