Why can’t I view the exam?
Try the following tips:

  •  Try holding down the CTRL key to override the popup settings and then click the exam link.
  •  Check to see if the exam is open behind the lecture window or in a new tab.

I closed the window before I printed my certificate. Is there any way to access this?

Log into your account, click on "My Profile" and then "CEU Manager" in the yellow bar. If the courses were taken during a past recertification date, click the link to view old certificates.

 

I just recertified but now I can't find any of my courses under My Profile.
Passed exams are archived after the recertification date is reached.  To view these certificates go to CEU Manager and click on "View old certificates" link next to MedicEd passed exams.

 

SUBMITTING CREDITS TO THE STATE (MA & NJ ONLY)
When can I expect my credits to be sent to OEMS?
MA & NJ credits are submitted on the first of the month for the previous month during all months except recert months when the reports are submitted weekly!

I already have an account but it’s expired, how do I renew?

Log in, click on "My Profile" and then the link to "Upgrade /Renew Account". You may also call us to renew your account for you.

Can I pay by check or money order?
Yes. Please include your account username in the memo field of the check. If you are a new user, create an account using the “pay as you go” option and we will activate your account as soon as we receive payment.
