As of September 1, 2014 the MedicEd.com, Inc. refund policy is as follows:
Due to the credit card processing fees we pay for both the initial transaction and the refund, there is now a service fee imposed on all refunds. Any purchase made for an online course on www.MedicEd.com (non-AHA) under $99 will have incur a $6 fee and purchases over $100 will incur a $12 fee. If a refund is requested after the account has been used, we will also deduct $5 for any CEU awarded.
Non-AHA, in-person class refunds will also be based on the date of cancellation as follows:
- Cancellations requested more than 28 days prior to the class date will be issued a full refund, less the appropriate service fee
- Refund requests made 14-28 days prior to the class will receive a 75% refund
- Refund requests made 7-14 days prior to the class will receive a 50% refund
- Refund requests made less than 7 days prior to the class will not receive a refund but the participant will have the opportunity to reschedule for the same program within 90 days.
Refund requests for AHA programs will be based on AHA policies but will incur the service fee outlined above. Books are non-refundable. |
